The family homes out near Lake Joondalup are a different story — bigger jobs, more on the truck, standard access in most cases. Parking in Joondalup's CBD strips is enforced. Early starts help. Gated complexes near the golf course require a code or a call to building management before you can access the loading area. We ask for these details when you book — not when we're standing outside.
