After-Hours and Weekend Rate
After-hours and weekend rates run roughly 15 to 25 percent higher than standard weekday rates. For most businesses that premium is far less than a day of stalled work across your whole team.

We cover everything from the moment we walk through your current premises to the moment your team logs in at the new one. That includes packing, labelling, disassembly, transport, reassembly, and placement to the floor plan you give us. Specialty items like marble boardroom tables and pianos are handled by our own crew, not subcontracted.
Office Furniture, Desks, and Workstations
We disassemble desks, partitions, and workstation systems, wrap each piece in moving blankets, and reassemble at the new site to the layout you give us. Filing cabinets and pedestals move with drawers in place where access allows. Boardroom tables, including heavy marble and stone tops, get specialist lifting straps and protective wrap.
IT Equipment, Servers, and Computers

Boardroom and Specialty Items
We move marble and stone-topped boardroom tables, pianos, and pool tables in-house with the same crews that handle these items for our residential clients. Framed art and signage gets corner-protected and wrapped, then transported standing up in dedicated frames. Nothing specialty gets subcontracted out.
Packing Materials, Crates, and Labelling
We supply reusable plastic crates, archive boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and label sets. A colour-and-number labelling system maps every crate to a room or department at the destination. We contact the building managers at both ends, book the goods lift and loading dock slots, coordinate IT cutover timing with your provider, sort any parking permits needed, and hand you a one-page run sheet the week before move day. You deal with one point of contact throughout.
Move Day and Sign-Off
The crew arrives at the agreed time. One lead is on site at the origin, another at the destination. We do not leave until your team has signed off the inventory at the new site. If anything needs adjusting after reassembly, we fix it before we go.
