Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Weekend rates carry a small surcharge; public holidays are higher again. End-of-month dates fill up first because that's when leases turn over.

Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, and modular sofas come apart and go back together as part of the standard service. Custom built-ins and older pool tables need a heads-up at booking.

Fremantle keeps us on our toes. Heritage homes with limestone steps and narrow one-way streets mean we factor in extra carry time on every Freo job. Scarborough's coastal towers are fine once the lift's booked. Osborne Park is the easiest of the three for truck access.
Northern suburbs
Joondalup has newer estates with strict strata moving protocols, including hours and lift bookings cleared with the building manager. We confirm all of that before the day. Morley, Bayswater, and Belmont are standard residential streets and close to our depot, so travel time stays low.
Southern and outer suburbs
Canning Vale and Armadale are family-home country with bigger outdoor stock (BBQs, trampolines, garden sheds), so we plan an extra hour. Rockingham is a longer run from the CBD, factored into the quote up front. Midland mixes older homes with new estates.
