Our office relocation service covers everything from the moment we walk through your current premises to the moment your team logs in at the new one. That includes packing, labelling, disassembly, transport, reassembly, and placement to the floor plan you give us. The five areas below show what each part looks like in practice. Specialty items like marble boardroom tables and pianos are handled by our own crew, not subcontracted.
Office furniture, desks, and workstations
We disassemble desks, partitions, and workstation systems, wrap each piece in moving blankets, and reassemble at the new site to the layout you give us. Filing cabinets and pedestals are moved with drawers in place where access allows, or labelled and crated where it doesn't. Boardroom tables, including heavy marble and stone tops, get specialist lifting straps and protective wrap.
IT equipment, servers, and computers
Computers and monitors are packed in anti-static wrap and moved in dedicated computer crates or padded trolleys. Every cable and port is labelled before disconnection so your IT team can plug straight back in at the destination. For larger setups, we coordinate the move-out window with your IT provider so the cutover is clean.
Boardroom and specialty items
We move marble and stone-topped boardroom tables, pianos, and pool tables in-house with the same crews that handle these items for our residential clients.
